The sales associates were friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The store was clean, neat and cool. My sales associate, Terri was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very passionate about the Pandora items! She took the time to view the picture of my Pandora bracelet on my phone (I didn’t bring it with me) and gave me suggestions on how to place the charms I was interested in on it with my existing ones. She let me know about the free cleaning service. The only reason I said I was only “somewhat likely” to return in the next 90 days is because I am from another island and would probably not be flying to Oahu that soon. My daughter is planning on flying there and is now putting a Pandora store visit on her agenda. Mahalo Pandora and Terri 🧡💛

I like this location because of the friendly atmosphere and the staff is knowledgeable on the products. Store is very clean and it is very easy to see the merchandise. The mall where it is located has lots of parking and a lot of foot traffic, so I feel safer shopping there.
