Everytime I get to shop in store, I have a sense of welcoming. The associates comment and suggestions touches my heart and hits the spot, without fail. I'm always wanting to come back, and a good reminder because I love shopping there for my daughter and granddaughters!

My favorite salesperson does not work at pandora anymore, but another person stepped in to give us the same satisfactory service that we are use to getting, so we will always be returning to the Ala Moana store since we know most of the associate.

Very friendly staff and they remember my grandchild. They had everything I wanted in stock. The staff were wearing masks and they had barriers to separate customers and employees.

love love love coming to this pandora store... sales associates are very knowledgeable in the products.. gave them a product number and they knew where they should look.. they let you look at the products with no pressure at all.
