She was very nice and helpful with what I wanted and how the process is with pricing and how it works from beginning to the end.

I was a customer through facetime, while a friend was shopping in store. We came across a beautiful set. Vanessa that was there was very helpful in trying to get the best fit or me since I wasn't there. Customer service was payed in full effect. Although the bracelet did not fit and is still working to get the best fit for me, It was an overall great experience. Pandora is always a high ranking experience for me.

The customer service was awesome. Suzie was very knowledgeable about taking care of certain charms. She also took the time to organize my charms on my bracelet to accommodate the new charms I bought. She made it seem like an art form.
