During my visit I was looking for a present for my mom. I was able to get a few charms because there was a huge variety to look from. There was no problem with getting charms because the worker was extremely helpful with giving me choices. I got 4 different charms.

Suzie's customer service and knowledge of the Pandora items was very impressive. She was very patient with my family as there were 4 of us selecting bracelets/charms that day. I appreciate Suzie's hospitality.
