I was really satisfied with my experience at pandora today because the lady who helped me was very kind. I loved how she was so patient with me deciding my charms also I loved how she told me about this survey so my next visit will be even better 🤍

The staff were all wearing face masks and sanitizing their hands and counted. I had to wait in line but there was someone at the front who answered my questions before entering the store. Although there were people in line, I didn't feel rushed when it was my turn being helped.

The sales associate Lily helped me at my last visit. She is very knowledgeable about the products and found each tray with ease. She advised me that sometimes the same item will have a different name as the online store and that was good to know because it was true with the product I purchased on the same day.

I like that the Pandora store I visited valued the safety and health of customers. While waiting in line, one associate approached me and offered to scan the qrcode so I can get started with lookkng around the available stocks in the store. The old lady associate was patient and friendly while I asked her questions about the charms I was purchasing.
