I was highly satisfied because an associate visited me in line and showed me how to browse available merchandise from a catalog on my phone. Once an associate was available, she easily brought out various items that I wanted to see. George added promotional items to my order and wrapped the items in gift bags for each of the people I purchased gifts for. George was very friendly and made sure I got everything that I needed.

Suzie was very informative about the charms and bracelets and proper care.

Sonia who helped was very helpful and gave many suggestions. She helped with the 3 items that I purchased and also arranged my bracelet to make it look better. She was great.
