I called the store in advance to find out if they had "The Child." When I got to the store, I noticed the signage to wear a mask and keep 6' distance. I appreciate this because I don't want to get Corona virus. As I waited in line, one of the sale clerks showed me other Star Wars charms I didn't no about. Overall, the store's staff are friendly and helpful, and I look forward to visiting the Ala Moana Pandora store again.

I visited Pandora Alamoana, and sales person George Z. no.152650 was awesome. I had a couple of charms in my mind that I wanted to see in person, and I wasn’t quite satisfied when I finally got to see them. I wanted a different shape of charm to add to my collection, and one that had a dangle. I looked at 2-3 charms. I thought I was going to walk out empty handed, but lo and behold, George said, “what about this”? She pulled a round charm (that I don’t have yet) that had a tiny dangle attached to it. It was 2 in1 fit! She had found something that I was looking for. If it wasn’t for her expertise and product knowledge, I would’ve found else where to find my anniversary gift. Thank you George for all your help!! Keep up the good work!! Hope to see you again!!

Sale person was polite in greeting us into the door. Satisfied with the service provided in helping us look for a charm. Also offered suggestion on other charms to get as a gift. Sale person was really friendly always smiling. I bought two charms that I am satisfied with. Thanks to the sale person I left the store with smile.
