They were really kind and they explained to us about their merchandise well. Also, some of merchandise were on sale.

I bought a bracelet earlier that seemed to fit just fine. But, once I put several charms on it, it felt much too tight. The salesperson was excellent and I had no problem exchanging for a larger size.

Suzie has great customer service. She was very knowledgeable on the products and was able to help us with efficiency. Would recommend anyone to come to the Ala Moana location and ask for Suzie’s assistance.
