Great services, friendly sales associate

The sales associate was extremely helpful. She assisted by daughter and I with the purchase of 2 meaningful charms. She also helped me with an older broken Pandora bracelet. She then informed us of an upcoming sale.

Found the items quickly and available

The sales associate that helped me was very friendly. She met all of my needs and was very helpful. She exemplified great customer service and was quick in preparing my curb side order. The curb side pick-up was a great idea.

Able to walk in and be welcomed and helped right away

I wanted a necklace that had two interlacing hearts. The sales associate knew exactly what I was talking about. Within 10 seconds, she got it out for me.

Terri, our sales associate, was very patient and kind and understanding, as we browsed through the store. We came in to shop for a present for our friend. We initially thought about getting a charm bracelet, but then as our friend looked around more, she found something else, more fitting for her style. Terri was completely understanding, as she already had put the entire bracelet together, but we ended up with something different. She also helped us with earrings and rings, in which she was absolutely knowledgeable about, as well. She could tell we were very indecisive, but she still had the compassion and patience to help us pick out what we truly wanted. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, should they go to the Pandora Ala Moana branch!

The sales associate Sonia at Ala Moana Pandora , was super nice , she helped me choose the perfect charms for my charm bracelet. Even though it took me a while to decide what I wanted , she still had the patience. She’s a lovely lady .
