We really enjoyed our experience at the Pandora store in the Ala Moana Shopping Center, we always have. Although there is a Pandora store closer to where we live we found the Ala Moana store generally genuinely friendlier. However I must say our last 2 times at the Pearlridge store was very pleasant. Unfortunately, it was not so when the store first opened a couple of years ago.

We found the sales associates incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable in the products. Very personable and gave very good tips and suggestions regarding bracelets and charms. We always look forward to going to the Ala Moana location because of the friendliness.

When I go to the Ala Moana store, all the sales associates are so friendly because we go to that store so often, we notice new associates and Sonia introduces us. I always love a good sale or promotion.

When I walked in there was a clipboard and you had to put your name on there in order to be helped which is good so people won’t be able to cut in front of you or you won’t have to be confused about who to ask for help. Once one associate finishes a transaction they will help the next person on that list and I am so glad that Lily from the alamoana store was able to help me. I’m new to pandora and the only thing I have from there are gifts from my boyfriend and friends so I’ve never really gone into the store to buy something besides a jewelry cleaner. I got a charm bracelet with no charms as a gift so I decided to come in to buy a few charms for myself. Lily was so knowledgeable about the different charms and showed me all the options that I was interested in. She told me everything I needed to know about my bracelet and the different functions of the charm. She was very professional, friendly, and provides the best customer service compared to other jewelry stores I have been to. The next time I come in, I definitely want to shop with her again. I left the store so happy with my new charm choices and will be back soon!

I like that there is always a promotion, discounted sale, get a free item with purchase of x amount of dollars, especially during the holidays. You get a lot of bang for your buck.
