I was very satisfied because it was a very busy day (day after Black Friday) but the salesperson did not rush me through the sale. She took time to pull all the items I wanted to see. She also explained clearly which items were excluded from the sales promotion.

I was pleased with Sonia’s service. She helped me see the multiple things that I wanted to see (a handful of things), as fast as she could retrieve them. In addition to this, she gave me recommendations that helped me feel welcomed and sure about what I wanted. I am grateful that she made me feel at ease, even though the person that I came with was trying to rush me. Sonia was respectful, smiled, positive (tone, words, and body language), and was totally chill (which is a great thing). She was informative about many things and the warranty, despite my person rushing me. Thank you Sonia. It’s supposed to be a fun experience (especially finally buying for myself and not others) and she made it fun!
