Pandora Jewelry

The sales lady was very helpful and nice the store was clean and organized. The store was beautiful and the music was calming! I can’t wait to go back and shop there.

I love the promos they have for Pandora card holders. We get to take advantage of the sales before the public. So that means more charms are available and we don't miss out.

The Pandora salesperson that assisted me made sure that I was knowledgeable of the background of the merchandise, how to properly put on my bracelet so that I would not end up ruining it. She also gave me multiple recommendations that will help me enjoy my bracelet even more.

Sales associate that assisted me was great! She was very patient with me, showing me many different items (charms) to find the ones I liked best. She also made great recommendations based off things I shared with her about the people/occasion I was buying for.

Sonia was amazing!!! She explained all the products well. She also made my visit fun and made me want to go back again...which we did 3 consecutive days!

The lady with the short black hair was very patient and kind. She gave me lots of options to choose from and was willing to help in any way. She was always smiling and offering something nice like the ones on sale and which ones match most. I didn’t feel like she was rushing me to choose and that’s what I appreciated most because I couldn’t decide what to get. She brought out almost all the boxes of charms and necklaces to give me more choices. In the future, I would want her to help me again. She’s like the spokespersons for every jewelry in the store and brings out the best in them. She seems to know what she’s selling and knows her jewelries well.

Quality of jewelry is very good and service is always so friendly and nice

Associate informed me about a set while I was looking at the Lion King charms. She told me about a particular charm that I was interested in, that it came in a set with the Lion King bangle. It was a good deal. So I ended up purchasing the set. She also told me about this survey and how I can get $10 off my next visit. I've been going to Pandora for years, though I do not look at the bottom of the receipt. She explained how it works. I was not aware of it, so I appreciated her telling me about it. If I knew I would've done this every time I purchased something.

The store was so welcoming and bright. The selection was beautiful and of good quality. The sales people were not hesitant with assisting us when we started looking at the rings.

I have not been disappointed on my visits to this store. I have always been greeted warmly and staff were always well informed and helpful
