As I always take this survey the Brenna does a good job but I think that she should be recognized. There are not much nice associate like her that’s why I keep buying from her...I also sent 2 other friends and they just started their bacelet

I came in to look for a mothers day bracelet for my girlfriend and I have no idea about jewelry at all. But Sue went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I wasn't too sure on what size bracelet I needed but she took the time to help me out and explained in amazing detail the return/exchange policy in case the bracelet was the wrong size. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or rushed out of the store at all. I just want to say that she exudes customer service and I couldn't ask for a better person to help me out.

The sales associate is very friendly and knowlegeable about the merchandize, she gave me many options and suggestions, i came with no idea of what im doing in preparations for mothers day but she madw it vwry easy for me to understand and see all the available options and most important is that she assured me about the product and reminded me multiple times that at the end of 12years payment i should leave no balance or else charge will be remarkable. and she made sure that i know how to open the clasp of the bangle and asked me to do it and that i really know how to do it. and she made me feel that im the most important customer that she ever dealth with. please thank and recognize your sales person Zonia Z No. 152664 she represent your company very well with her outstanding customer service. When I visit the Ala Moana store, all the associates at the store are very friendly and welcoming. We like to visit Sonia, she makes our time at the store fun and always likes to show us the latest charms and what's discounted or being discontinued, in other words everything.

It was a very organized clean store. The lady helped me finding a ring in my size. No wait at all
