The associate workers are very friendly and the location of the store really accessible and clean.Especially the one who assisting me ,she’s so very patience and nice .Her name is Sonia .

This Pandora store compared to the only other pandora store near me had a very wide range of selection. The employees were very friendly and had great knowledge on the products. The employees even helped me choose the right charms to give as a gift.

That was my first shopping in Pandora. I did not know about Pandora, but after buying a bracelet, I thought that I would like to go back to the store again. In addition the staff who served me was very kind.

I walked in just to see the selection. I received a bracelet and charm from my son for xmas so wanted to see what other charms were available. I inquired about NFL charms and Sonia asked me, what team? She looked in a drawer and pulled out a container with a bunch of charms in it. She looked on a piece of paper and said that there were 2 types, helmet and dangle. There were only 2 and 3 left. She told me no pressure in me buying but they were not bringing in anymore. I was like okay I'm taking one of each. That made my night. No pressure, right? I love it!

The sales associate Lily was very helpful in showing me the new Valentine's Day collection and explaining all of the new pieces. We also discussed styling bracelets with colored beads and other accent pieces; very helpful and informative. The store was very clean and displays looked amazing.
