Pleasant staff, ease with picking out gifts

Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I always like it when there is a discount sale, especially anything with 50% off and a large selection to choose from. That's what always draws me back to pandora.

Sonia (my sales person) is wonderful. She is great at picking that one pandora piece. She is really experienced.

We first checked the stocks of the charms that we want over the phone. The attendant was nice and she answered all the questions that we have. When we went to the shop, everything's ready. She made some recommendations and she's really accommodating. She's a gem.

The employees are friendly and provide great customer service

The staff was friendly although very busy. We travel a lot and get a charm at each location (when available) and this location had a lot of unique charms to choose from.

Right when I walked in I was greeted by staff and was helped out right away.
