Upon entering the store. I was greeted by a sales associate. I needed to sign in due to the high volume of customers. My wait was no longer than 2 minutes. The sales associate who helped me was very friendly, willing to help, and ask me what I was looking for. She allowed me to look over the options and I didn’t feel rushed to choose. The experience I had at Pandora Ala Moana was a great one. I thank Sales Associate LORI.

Salesperson was very patient and suggested alternate items in place of items not carried. Good repoire with the customer. Demonstrated the proper technique for the placing of jewelry.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience by the attentiveness, the knowledge of the products and the patience. I came in to the store to exchange my 2 rings for a different size, Sonia who welcomed and helped me once I came in. Sonia was patient with me by my indecisiveness. She helped me find the right size, and with that she even helped me picked out a cute everyday earrings and a wedding earrings what will go along with my dress. I didn't expect to come out with earrings on my hand and I am very satisfied with the customer service that Sonia gave me. I will definitely recommend Sonia and this store to all my peers.

Beautiful store. We visited the store in the Ala Moana Mall in Honolulu while on vacation. The sales associate was exceptional. I doubt I will return to this store since I live in New Hampshire. I will have to shop online.

The salesperson was helpful and knowledgable about the charms. She made suggestions when I couldn't decide what I wanted. She also put the charms on my bracelet for me.
