Great service, good communication

The store personnel maintained a calm atmosphere considering it was Black Friday and the wait times to get in to the store was 2-4 hours. Lily was very pleasant and knowledgeable and treated me I was a valued customer. She showed me all of the pieces I asked to see and was just as pleasant when I selected the item to purchase as to when I chose not to purchase an item after she had taken the time to show to me. She seemed genuinely caring and someone who I would return to the store to ask for.

The salesperson is very friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and bright. Has lots of creative samples to choose from.

Customer service there with all of them was outstanding, we live far from that store but went there prior and had great service. My husband is going back on Friday for my daughter in laws Christmas gift.

I was able to buy 2 charms and a spacer qoth the help from Sheryl. She taught me how to use a silver cleansing cloth and rold me how to clean my pandora charms and bracelet. I really loved the assistance i recieved from her. She also went as far as to cleaning all of my charms and bracelet for me to get rid of the varnish. Very happy customer :)
