The associate was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She listened attentively and asked very astute questions and offered great suggestions to other pieces that I might be interested in.

We were approached almost immediately upon entering the store. The young lady helping me was very eager to help when I asked to look at the charms and bracelets. Then we moved on to look at rings (which my party had bought four). She was very patient and answered our questions really nicely. She was overall very helpful, patient and sweet. She made the experience very nice. What I liked was that we were given a new rings at check out. I have been to the Pearlridge Pandora twice and bought rings. I was never given a new one, we just took the ones that was on the display tray. I didn't know we could get new ones. This simple gesture made the experience even better.

Employee melissa was very helpful and assisted me as soon as I entered the store. She was able to locate specific charms that I was looking for and even suggested suggested different ideas for wearing products. Awesome service!
