I feel like the quality of the merchandise and the service I experienced there were both above average. I will be back defiantly for the next peice in my selection. This was my first time shopping here.

Sales rep was knowledgable and helped us immediately with our questions. She let us see different items and try them on before purchasing.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a friendly smile from Suzie and was offered assistance. She was very knowledgeable about about the charms I was looking for. The transitions was smooth and quick.

Item was in stock, sized my bracelet in less than a minute, and checkout was efficient and easy

Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in looking for something in particular, sales person new exactly what I wanted, allowed me to choose from several of the same item. Recommended an additional Item and made me aware of free choice of merchandise with 100.00 spent! So yes I left with more than I had intended and was so Happy about the free items!!!

The sales associate that helped me was very kind. She was quick to help me with what I needed as well as offer her helpful opinion on the items I was looking at. There was also a wide selection of merchandise to choose from.
