Love the service and the new charms for spring i really wanted to see more charms for nurse/caregivers and mothers.

The associate laid out all of my options for the occasion that I was celebrating. She tried very hard to look at my purchase history so that I could make the best buy. she answered all of my questions without hesitation.

I’ve only been at this store twice. Both times I only had to wait a few minutes for the associate to call my name. They are always very helpful and gave really great suggestions when I had no clue what I was looking for!

Arrived at the store and it was busy but, noticed a sign in for help list. Signed in the list and browsed around the store. Was called by name and immediately helped by one of the sales staff. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items I was interested in. She also informed me of a special that was available if I made a $125.00 or more purchase. This was appreciated but. I didn't feel I needed to take advantage of the offer. Overall, it was a good experience and I got exactly what I was looking for.

There was not wait time and the sales associate that assisted my son and I was so helpful with guiding us to our purchase, she was so knowledgeable about all of the products she also advised us about the survey and the upcoming sale for Memorial Day.

I always enjoy going to Pandora because the sale associates always know where everything is and the process is so friendly! The girl I always go to remembers me and it is easy to talk to so my buying experience isn't awkward like some places.

The jewelry was both elegant, yet cute for a 12 year old girl. I was happy with the beautiful free jewelry box, and so was my daughter. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I like starting a theme style bracelet, and the selections are big. I like to get ideas from the stores displays, and also get feedbacks from Sonia, our favorite sales associate.
