The sales staff is very friendly and they are knowledgeable about what items they have in stock. They explain how to care for the items you select, so they will last a lifetime. I went to the stores a couple days earlier to purchase some charms and the lady that helped me told me there was a sale starting in a couple days, so if I could wait to make my purchase I would save a little money. I really appreciated her letting me know and of course, I was back at the store when the sale started and I made my purchase.

The assistant manager helped me. She had alternative suggestions for a charm I was considering and showed me how it looked on her bangle. She was patient and attentive as I was deciding which charms to purchase.

SUE SHIMABUKURO was excellent in her service and accommodating my preferences. I have had the pleasure of her assistance many times. VALERIE is an outstanding owner. She facilitates the flow of the store and maintains the high quality for which Pandora stands.

I came in wanting specific products and they had all of them. It was still early in the day and a promotion was going on but I still was able to get help right away. The associate knew were all the products were located and even let me try on her pandora bracelet to have a feel of the open bracelet in a smaller size with charms (7-10) on it.

The sales associate was super and extrmeley patient and helpful. I visit this pandora as often as I can because they have the most selection. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
