Pandora Jewelry

The sales person was very helpful in trying to solve a problem that I had with one of my charms that was stuck. Although it could be solved, she rearranged the charms and I bought 2 bracelets. The only downfall was that the Ala Moana location was not able to clean my jewelry because there was no water.

I was welcomed and helped right away. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My wife and I enjoy coming to this Pandora and working with June. She is the best she makes us feel welcome and treats us like family. We also enjoy the new selection and the knowledge of the staff here

Sonia, the salesperson who help me was very friendly and knows all of the charms I was looking for. I'm so lucky to have a good friend who got me a bracelet and now purchased(4charms) my charms to add into my bracelet. I will surely be back and excited to add many more charms.

The service was excellent I just wish they had the basketball charm but is retired. Pandora should have a new basketball and 49ers available. Sports is not just a guy thing ladies would like it as a charm.

It was a quick in and out experience which I love. I didn't have high hopes they would have the Disney Collection in stock as it is not in the Charms and Bracelets booklet but WOW they did and it made my visit even more satisfying. I will definitely come back for more. The sales associates helped each other out as I was the only customer in the early hour of opening.

The staff was very helpful. It was an easy process in buying the gift I needed too. And the overall visit was excellent.
