I decided to get a clasp opener for my bracelets, I remember seeing a cleaning kit for sale at 15 dollars. So I decided to go see Sonia at the Ala Moana store. She greeted me and my sister and asked what we needed today, I told her i needed a clasp and saw the cleaning kit. She opened the cleaning kit and showed us the contents inside, she said she bought a kit and began to give her opinion , both pros and cons. So I asked about the daisy clasp opener, which she had one herself, and told us she liked hers. So I bought one.

Staff helped add new charms to bracelet. Staff made helpful suggestions for design. Another staff person explained differences in the charms I was looking at.

The sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were a lot of choices of charms available. I will definitely return for more charms.

I was serviced immediately upon entering the store. This is practically a non-occurrence with most stores I visit. The sales associate helped to place the charms on my bracelet according to my request and then readjusted the placement of the charms when I changed my mind. She did so pleasantly, which is rare to find in customer service these days. She also informed me of the Pandora outlet in Las Vegas.

Sales associate, Lily was awesome. I didn’t have my bracelet with me so she recreated it in the store to ensure the pieces I picked would match! Awesome!

Sales staff was busy and I could not get assistance right away, but the sales associate acknowledged me and said she or the other associate would assist me as soon as they finished with their customers. Sales associate thanked me for my patience in waiting and was very helpful in locating the charms I wanted and answering my questions.
