The sales associate that helped me was pleasant and very helpful and patient. I can't make up my mind quickly since there are so many pretty charms - but she was patient and polite and offered her opinion and suggestions. I would definitely ask for her to help me again! Great sales experience!

Sales associate was very helpful to me as a new Pandora charm bracelet owner, spent time to show me how to place new charms on bracelet. I originally came in because charms that I purchased earlier did not appear to fit my bracelet. This time I brought my bracelet with me and I greatly appreciated her assistance in showing me how to insert new cut charms and her arrangement enhance the appearance of my bracelet.

Always a pleasure visiting the Ala Moana store! The sales associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales associate went out of her way to retrieve a charm that is being retired from the display case for me to purchase! Now that’s customer service!!

At this Pandora at Ala Moana Center, I didn't feel rushed or sandwiched between people. I was asked by a few sales clerks if I needed help and the one that I finally ended up working with was wonderful. Her name was Karli and she was very help and patient. She also knew the products well and helped pick out the one my daughter wanted. I would definitely go back to see her!!!
