A friend recently showed me her Pandora bracelet and I was amazed at all the charms she had collected. Being curious I made my very first visit and made a purchase. I’m now in love with everything Pandora and will start adding to my collection!

Knowledge of items looking for and was aware of Black Friday sales. Was able to have two separate transactions so I could get additional charms at discounted prices. Very helpful for my shopping needs.

There was a buy 2, get one free, so I had a mission that day. I was happy with my purchases and got two free charms.

Our Salesperson was wonderful. She was so nice and pleasant and friendly. She remembered me from my phone call without telling her my name. Although she was there since 6 am she was still so nice and happy and smiling. I love their system of signing in. This was a wonderful idea. This eliminates confusion and arguments of how came first.

Our sales person Terri Z was super helpful, knowledgeable on the product, had creative ideas and was a pleasure to do business with. We had specifically hoped to have Terri attend to all our needs from the first time we visted but she was not there on the day we spent $429.32 and $492.14 with sue z. Sue got the sales because terri wasnt there but she had been the one who inspired us to buy so much .terri was also very patient with us as we had never purchased pandora before. In fact we came back and purchased more.

We were greeted upon entering the store and added our name to the wait list. The selection of new items was very good... we liked many of them. We especially liked the "Buy 2, get 1 free" promotion. Terri, the assistant manager that assisted us, was just "Super". Terri gave us suggestions and ideas to consider. We really enjoyed this experience because of her expertise and positive attitude.

Teri was very knowledgeable, helped me quickly create the memory I was looking for. Didn't even feel any pressure to purchase items I had looked at. Even tho I didn't know the names of the charms I was looking for she found them with just my descriptions of the charms.

Pandora’s reputation for high quality, exceptional jewelry. Variety of charms to choose from. Very friendly associates, very knowledgeable and overall a wonderful experience which will make Pandora my only choice for jewelry for myself and Family

Terri is very knowledgeable about Pandora products and is super efficient with service! After being serviced by her just once before (in March 2017), she remembered my name months later!!! She's AMAZING!!!
