I visited the store on Black Friday (one of the busiest time). Even though the wait was long I didn't mind because the staff was aware of the long wait times and were always thanking us for waiting. When my turn finally arrived the person that took care of me was very knowledgeable on the product and I was able to make my selections fast.

Received Immediate assistance from sales representative. She knew where everything was that wanted to see, as well as the history of some retired items. Quick and pleasant experience. Sales person so very good and helpful.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. She was able to know what I wanted and offered different charms for me to look at.

The sales person working with me was friendly, knowledgeable about the collections and was genuine in her conversation. She displayed exactly what I would expect from a sales person. I’ve had other staff in previous visits that were not very personable and did not make an effort to engage in any conversation and were not helpful at all. I wondered why they work there if they don’t want to provide exceptional service to everyone.

I had called earlier before the visit and received help already. By the time I copy there, I was able to get the item I waited immediately. The purchase and the service were amazing
