June at the Ala Moana store in Honolulu was fabulous! She was patient, fri NFL team and knowledgeable! I went back that night with my sister to show her all the new fall items I was so excited about!! I can't wait to add more to my collection!

I went in for the September Promo Buy More Save More and I thought i knew what i wanted to purchase. The Assistant manager was very patient as she brought out all the items i was interested in buying. I couldn't make up my mind. After an hour, i had finally made my decision. She was very helpful and patient with me. I would highly recommend the Alamoana location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.

Service is always the first factor for me in determining my shopping experience. In this case, Pandora was excellent. Selection is the second factor and this Pandora store was well stocked.

Nothing above 1. Informed me of upcoming promo 2. Informed me of this survey and to receive and enjoy $10 off on my next purchase of $100+ and without it expiring. My Las Vegas, Premiers Outlet experience on August 19th was less than satisfactory. SA Ryen didn't even mention about the survey. He was busy with customers. The other SAs were to wrapped up in chatting with each other than asking if I needed any help so that's why I waited for Ryen. In my professional opinion, your LAS team needs retraining on customer service. They were too involved with each other’s personal life (I over heard their discussions as three out of the 5 SAs on the floor yaked) than assisting potential paying customers. In my professional opinion; 1. Your LAS team desperately need Customer Satisfaction retraining 2. You could have made more money/sales if they focused on the customers.

My sales associate was an absolute peach. She was so incredibly nice and patient. I had her pull out and select over a dozen charms and she never got upset with me. I do wish that there was more of a selection of bracelets for Pandora moments that are not super difficult to close and put on. I also wish that the items did not tarnish quickly. A Pandora bracelet is an investment something you can add to throughout life so it should stay nice throughout life. All of the possible discoloration is disheartening after spending a whole bunch of money on a bracelet. Even the charms, the sales associate was showing to me in the store were turning different colors and had tarnished because they had been there for so long.
