I just missed a promotion

Was not friendly or welcoming

The reason why I was not highly satisfied because they do not have a lot of selection of the Hawaii charms

Social distancing between customers while waiting to enter the store was poorly observed.

The missing component is seeing all the charms more easily all at once to find the one charm that will complete the set. The current structure is hard to look at all the charms clearly, unless you use the online aspect.

sales associates are very friendly.

There was a bit of a wait as many customers were also shopping for Mother's Day gifts. But other than that, my visit was an enjoyable experience.

Easy and fast and beautiful selection. Friendly staff and place was really clean and professional. I got my mom to buy also!
