At first I felt as if I couldn’t be helped because I didn’t seem the type to wear Pandora items but trust me I collect pandora and I love them

due to the Corona virus pandemic new precautions were put in place. I arrived before the store opened and waited outside however when the doors opened those who were not already waiting were able to rush ahead of me. only 2 associates are able to assist customers to keep number of people in the store to a minimum so it is understandable that I had to wait, however maybe there could be a waiting area with a line set up outside the store to prevent this from happening.

Due to covid19 the wait tone helped was a bit long

Overlooked on guest signin sheet. Sales associate asked if I was w/ another customer, I said no, I was "mistakenly" passed by. Sales associates focus mainly on the Japanese clientele.

The location of the store is away from the main mall and parking.

The seller not friendly, not smile. Just only someone good service.

I’m very satisfied with the service. Employees are very accommodating.

The sales associate who assisted us with the purchase was not very friendly. She was not engaged in the conversation, looking at her nails and seemed grouchy as we were looking for additional items to add on. I did not feel her customer service was very acceptable for what we were spending.
