Pandora Jewelry

My experience with Pandora was great, however I chose the wrong size. So I will most likely go back and exchange the item with the right size and will also grab other items while I'm there. Pandora is a great quality place for those who are into jewelry but do not want to pay a ridiculous price for it.

Although the level of service was fine, I had to initiate the questions concerning the products offered. Terri was knowledgeable but did not make any suggestions based on my questions.

The first employee didn't know where to find the charms I was looking for until the second employee (her name was Suzy) stepped out and helped me.

Staff was friendly & helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions. The person helping me made excellent suggestions.

At some stores I was not able to get specific pandora charms.

it was a good experience but I have had a better one in the past with a different sales person.

Hoping for a different selection.

The assistance provided by Sales person Cheryl Z made all the difference on this visit.

The service was good, she was friendly and she got to tell the difference. But the charms that my daughter want was all sold out. Store was busy. I bought my daughter her first pandora and she's happy.
