I am Satisfied with the store, services and the quality of the product. The sales associate could have asked more life style questions to make recommendations of charms and to up sale. However she was still amazing. I can’t wait till I’m back again at Pandora.

Not all of the Disney charms I came in for were available and although I purchased a ring it’s too big because you don’t have my size

Not able to credit the upgraded free bracelet to the $100 charms. Manager of the store was more helpful and knowledgeable than the sales person helping me. Did not feel comfortable that I made the right choice of what was available to me.

The sales representative had a bad attitude and was not friendly at all. I felt like I was bothering her. As we are trying on rings she just starts helping someone else and totally ignored us. I honestly wouldn’t have bought anything but my daughter was with me and really wanted her ring.

There was a long wait for assistance due to the fact that there were also a lot of customers being assisted since it was Mother’s Day. It would have been nice if the store had additional staff to assist each customer in a timely manner.

I was very satisfied with everything especially my sales person.
