Pandora Jewelry

Staff could of been friendlier. Did not offer a pouch to store pandora charms that were purchased. Wrapping presentation was poor.

Fast service and excellent products.

When I first walked in store was clean. Out of the 5 employees that were working there; all were in the same place only ONE employee greeted me with a hello. I walked around the store twice and still no greetings or entending of help from the other employees. That one employee got my business she knew all her prices and where all the charms I was looking for was at.

Upon final purchase we had asked for the items to be packaged in a bracelet jewelry box (we had purchased a bracelet and several charms) but were told that the boxes weren't being given out due to the "promotion prices." Although understandable that each item was discounted, we still paid a few hundred dollars for our items and weren't given a proper jewelry box. This is a little odd, but I felt the pieces should have been packaged properly regardless of the "promotion prices."

Nice selection of charms but then it's a bit pricey for a silver! And the Pandora Store doesn't clean purchased charms or jewelry.

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.I went in looking for something particular but came out with something better that I am much happier with. The reason I would not return within 90 days is that I will not need to make another purchase in that time frame. However the pieces in the store are very pretty, I just don't wear a lot of jewelry. My overall experience in the store was great. The sales people give one on one attention to all clients

I love Pandora jewelry which is why I keep coming back for more. However, O am always shocked at the price which is why I only purchase a few at a time.

the store did not offer the Pandora.net sale on the limited edition charm. the store should offer the sale, especially if it is mentioned by the customer. this store follows all the other sales that is on the web sit.

I do not have any issue with this Pandora store. The reason I am not highly satisfied is because the corporate Pandora continues to raise prices.
