I feel like the Pandora prices continue to creep up every quarter. The new jewelry pieces have too much CZ. I prefer the simple oxidized look.

I felt the selection was small for unique items to Hawaii. The associate recommended the Waikiki store, but I didn't want to drive there. I was really hoping for a charm unique to Oahu beside the beads or the hanging ones the store had.

The sales associate that helped us was beyond rude. I could not believe how rude she was. If this was not a charm dedicated to this trip I would have left and ordered from my local store.

1. I was there to purchase a charm which was to be a gift from my husband. I went there with my husband and 11 year old daughter. I do understand that there is a limit to how many people are in the store but didn't like the fact that one of them had to stay out of the store because they were only letting in 2 people per party. I couldn't let my 11 year old daughter stand outside to wait for my husband and I and at the same time I wanted my husband to be with me to help select my gift. So he decided to wait outside. 2. I felt like I was rushed into making my selection (which I do love my charm) because the sales associate at the front door kept asking me if I knew what I was there to purchase. I didn't have a certain charm in mind so I wanted to look at what was available. Maybe for future reference, because there are customers who like to browse before making a purchase, have a catalog available at the front door so that they can look at what's available to make their buying experience go by smoothly. My sales associate was very sweet and kind.

The prices are expensive. Other than that I was much satisfied with this experience. The salesperson was very friendly. She greeted us when we walked in and was able to answer our questions.

Your return policy is horrible. Especially when the person returning the item has a gift receipt. You penalize the person who is returning the item. Saying that they can only have store credit and it can only be used on non promotion items
