When i first walked in, i wasnt greeted. Then a lady(worker) came out and softly(loud enough that i could hear it) complained about people wasting their time. Then they NEVER asked if i need help or what i was interested in. Then when i asked if i could see a pandora charm then they helped me. The charm i first chose was $45 and when i said “okay ill get it” then the workers started to be nice and friendly and started to want to talk story with me. I expected much greater customer service coming from such a nice looking store such as Pandora. Never again will i walk into that store with those workers!

When checking out, their technical equipment would not work. Instead of calling my charge thru to corporate they tried every scanner. I was the only customer and it took 45 minutes to resolve the problem.

Sales person sold me a stained/scratched up charm. Has to return next day to exchange which was out of my way and inconvenient and salesperson did not apologize……

The rep acted like we had the plague i mean I get the covid thing but she really was not making us feel valued as pandora customers. We've spent a lot of money over the past few years all over tbe world and this was by far the worst experience.

Suzie was simply unfriendly. I told her I worked for a different Pandora and I asked to see a charm and she said “you should have this at your store.” She should have just let me see it rather than saying I should know what it is because actually my store did not have it. Rather than telling my mom she wasn’t allowed to touch she pulled the charm tray away from her as my mom was pointing, she wasn’t even trying to touch it. I just think the overall service was dissatisfying and stuff like that wouldn’t work at my store.

As I'm getting help and asking questions to see other charms selection, trays are getting slammed as there placed for me to look at. The lady that helped me kept making me feel like I was bothering her cause she was making a huffing sound everytime I asked a new question. I dont know of she thought i could hear that through the shields that up on glass counter but i can. And it made me feel like i just had to get out and made me feel like the ala moana location doesnt have that customer service that pearlridge has. I will not go again not a great experience to shop and spend your money. Better at pearlridge they are ready to help you on anything you need. Pearlridge store goes above and beyond.

Prior clerk Melissa was excellent, so came back today just to pick up what I needed. June removed all the tags off my gift - which i questioned cause I wanted the tags left on. ..but she threw the tags away anyway. Then she questioned me when I asked to have the sleeve for the box she was gonna throw away, along with the ziplock back and desiccant . I told her it keeps the silver from tarnishing . She then partially removed the sticker on the bag which I asked her to leave on. It’s easier to remove sticker as a whole Slowly then a partially torn one. Will avoid going to june if I return. My friend warned me not to go to her cause she had a bad experience with her also.

I just got the unfriendly sales person. There are several sales persons in this store that has no personality at all. Put on a good attitude and sale your merchandise.

The sales person that helped me had no personality. If you are going to work in customer service, you need to be friendly. A dead person is more friendly than this sales person. She had no life what so ever.
