sales person was not engaged. Didn’t offer commentary or thoughts or conversation unless a question was asked. Didn’t offer recommendations or personal opinions. Felt rushed because she was so unengaged and not friendly.

The printer was not working so we had to stay in the store for a very long time , over an hour to wait for receipt. More salespersons could be trained on alternate backup system in back of store as there were a lot of people in the store waiting to be helped that day.

I purchased 3 sets of bracelets totaling over $600. The salesperson didn't know of any future promos at that time. Recently there was a promo for a free bracelet if you purchased over $125. I went to Ala Moana and had no problem purchasing the same set and receiving the promo for the free bracelet. I later went to Pearlridge Pandora and the salesperson says they cannot offer the free bracelet because the set I was purchasing was a Christmas promo for $199. I said Ala Moana gave me the free bracelet. She said they were different owners and she asked the manager in the back and said corporate wouldn't allow it. I was so upset and therefore returned the bracelet I purchased prior that didn't offer the promo. They told me to go to Ala Moana instead. I will not promote ANY business to Pearlridge!!

Loved the items and paid the items so disappointed in the packing. On line yiu can get a free gift of a box but not in the store. A bag is not provided and the items were in slips of paper with a clear polyester wrap. Not the tarnish resistance bags. Spent $4oo dollars for fistful of jewelry not packaged as a gift unless I paid extra. Returned the items and went to Tiffany’s and Brighton. At Brighton walked out with two pieces both in a beautiful drawstring bag and a free tote bag. Nice gift for me and at Tiffany’s left with a breautiful necklace in a box with a bag and a ribbon. They way Pandora used to trash the costumers. Wow the presentation was sad at Pandora and didn’t even see a manager.

I had just came back from a trip from Europe and only thing I could buy to remember my trip by was the eiffel Tower. I was hoping for flags of the countries I went too.

I needed help exchanging a Mother’s Day gift that my husband got me. He’s deployed which was hard for him to check the item out in store. It’s my first Mother’s Day and the whole time the associate was super unpleasant. She had an attitude the whole entire time which made it such a nasty experience for me. It was as if she didn’t want to do the exchange even though I was getting something of more value. When I asked if I could get a new bag and if I could get it rewrapped, she was so hesitant about doing so.

This is the first time I have visited a Pandora store because I needed to exchange the size of a bracelet that I received as a Christmas gift. I was not made aware that an exchange in size would result in me having to PAY just to have this done. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS WITH ANY ESTABLISHMENT THAT I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH IN THE PAST. It does not state this on the gift receipt that either.

Every time I come to this store and am paired with this sales associate, I do not enjoy my visit. She’s rude, snappy, and made me feel like I didn’t want to spend my money and buy anything anymore. She kind of makes me feel dumb and as though I’m wasting my time. We couldn’t even look at other things throughout the store. She doesn’t bother to tell us about other deals either. It’s more like us just inquiring about certain things, her waiting for us to buy, and then get out. She was just very nonchalant, so we bought some things and didn’t bother to buy more because we just wanted to leave and it was too uncomfortable.

The sales associate was rude. Her tone of her voice and words were harsh. It felt like she didn’t want to be there nor help me out.

The sales associate kept on putting my bracelets that I was looking on purchasing on the glass where it was making the loud noise, when it hit the glass. She did not use a tray. I don’t want to buy products that is treated With low value. I Even took the extra time to look at my bracelet before I Exchange it and there was marks on it,from hitting the glass. She also wasn’t very nice and friendly. I was going to buy clips and charms since there was a sale going on. But I decided not to because I don’t want to buy products from that sales associate.
