Your promotion stated spend $100 get a free bracelet. My daughter spent $100 on charms and was charged $50 for her bracelet . Talk about taking advantage of a young shopper ! My fault for letting her go there with her friends but I thought the promotion was straight forward. Guess you can’t trust even a fine store like pandora anymore

I had a very unhappy and stressful experience with Desiree at the Pandora branch in Ala Moana, Oahu, Hawaii. She lacked tact and charm in dealing with customers. Moreover she was assuming that I am one person who is unable to make up my mind. She also accused me of confusing her so as to get another free item.

I tried to return an item purchased during Christmas with a receipt and asked for store credit. They would not give me store credit unless I accepted a "discounted" price because it was purchased during a bangle promotion. I said I paid full price so I should get full store credit. It is not like I could use the store credit in any other store besides Pandora. They claimed it was because I received a bangle. I asked, "so anyone that I had gifted Pandora to would not get the full price I paid unless a bangle was returned?!?" How am I to split a bangle among three giftees? No one made me aware of this when I initially purchased. They said store credit rather than refund would be what I could expect. But tonight they were not even giving me a full store credit! Then they changed slightly and said if I did an exchange tonight they would give me the full value. I asked, "what is the difference between a store credit used in 3 weeks versus an exchange tonight?" They could not give me an answer so finally they contacted a Manager who told them to issue a full refund so I had to make a return trip to the store because this dilemma was not able to be handled on the spot.

I wanted to use a store credit to purchase items that is on special. But according to management, a store credit cannot be used on sale item. But that was not stated on my copy of the store credit. I don't see why a store credit cannot be used on a sale/special promotion. A gift card can be used. I was told a store credit is a previous bought item that was returned, NO DUH!!!! What is the difference between a store credit and a gift card. Someone bought me a gift from this store and I did not care for it or have it. So I returned it. When I returned this item, the person did not put my credit to a gift card. I got a store credit. Either way it was money spent in this store by someone. GO FIGURE!!!
