My sales associate helped me find my first pandora bracelet. Was not pushy in selling and was honest about pricing. She even gave me multiple tutorials on how to open the bracelet. Overall great customer service.

Friendly and knowledgable staff

The sales person was very friendly and got my online order ready immediately. She was also very knowledgable about what charms to show based on what I asked her. I ended up buying more charms than what I intended. I was only there to pick up an online order.

When I called the Ala Moana store on the last morning of the free bangle promotion, the store only had the size small. But Teri called me back to see if I was interested in case someone came back to exchange a size later in the day, which I told her yes. Late in the afternoon Teri called to say there was an exchange if I would like to still come by. I’m so grateful that Teri did a callback right away and got my phone number and name and let me know that she would watch for an exchange throughout the day.. I spent way more than the $150 minimum and am totally satisfied.
