The employee was able to answer all of my questions and assist me with my purchase. When an item was unavailable because it was retired she tried her best to find me something similar in comparison.

Upon entering the store I was greeted with a friendly smile and a hello. The store was neat and clean. All the new charms were available and displayed neatly.
