Very good customer service

In spite of the busy-ness of the season, I got attention reasonably quick. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful (efficient too).

The Sales Associates was very knowledgeable about the charms I wanted...she also informed me of the one year warranty on the item I bought. My bracelet and charms were cleaned to perfection and the associate informed me how to clean it at home.

Madeline was very helpful and patient with me. She did not rush me to pick my charms or to personalize my bracelet. She has great customer service!!

Aside from the cold wait outside, Deysha (sales associate) greeted us warmly and gave great attention to our needs ( sales and cleaning). She went above and beyond to clean two bracelets with 40-50 charms.

I was highly satisfied. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a hello. If there's anything you need help just ask because she was with another customer. I asked to see what they had on clearance. She didn't hesitate it and showed me all her clearance items. That was highly appreciated and the service was excellent.
