I went into the store with what I thought was a simple issue with a braclet and charm and it turned out to be more complicated. I had to have my bracelt cut and replaced as well as add 2 clips. The staff was incredibly helpful in trying to save the charm and braclet. When it became clear the braclet and charm would have to be replaced the staff walked me through each and every step. It truly makes me excited to visit the store again.
