I also receive the best customer service at this location. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I have visited several Pandora locations, but find the Williamsburg Pandora the best. Staff more than makes up for the fact that it is an outlet and may not have the latest Pandora charms, I find great deals and know I'm in for an enjoyable shopping experience

Though the store was very crowded and there was a wait list full of people, the sales person that helped me was very patient and never made me feel rushed.
