The staff was friendly and wanted to make sure I was satisfied before I left the store. The sales associate was focused on me and what I was looking for. She made me feel like I mattered.

My 2 girlfriends and I had a very enjoyable experience with Montana, our sales person. She was knowledgeable and fun to work with. She was efficient in handling our 3 orders all at once so as not to delay us. She signed 2 of us up for the Pandora credit card and one of my friends had one. I highly recommend Montana in the Williamsburg Outlet store.
