Very friendly, was getting my fiancé a charm bracelet and the sales associate helped me while my fiancé looked around the store. Very helpful with what the best was for her.

I was happy to shop on a weekday and there were no crowds. I came in to buy jewelry cleaner and left with two additional products. The two associates were so helpful and informative. I even had a keychain engraved.

The young lady, Kyara who assisted me was very friendly & patient. She was able to show me items of interest to me only after working with me a short while. I didn’t fell rushed at all. I was fortunate enough to be in the store at a time they were not extremely busy and that made me feel more relaxed as well.

The sales person was very patiey with me and answered all y questions

Staff was very helpful and even took the time to clean not only the bracelet I purchased, but also the 2 other bracelets I was wearing
