Customer service impeccable. I rather the williamsburg location prices than the malls. The display is very inviting and personnel always greet you with a smile.

I am very happy that there is a Pandora store at the outlet mall in Williamsburg. They had a great selection of charms. The people working there were very helpful too.

Even though the store was very busy, the salesperson was so nice and helpful. I felt I should rush because the store was very busy but she put me at ease and gave me wonderful individual service. She suggested products and took time for me to make my decision.

The rep gave us teh option to look at retired charms which was perfect for me beacuse teh one I wanted was retired/ The rep was very knowledgeable regarding pricing and availibilty. The store was very clean and no wait to get assistance.

The sales associate was very pleasant throughout my visit. She was also very patient and spent a great deal of time with me to make sure I was please with my selection. She advised about the up coming promotions in which I thought was great so I will be going back for more items soon..
