For one it was a great location. The prices were great. I had plenty of merchandise to choose from

I visit this store approximately every 90 days and the staff is always very friendly and remember your face.

Fast and friendly services smiles on their faces the store was really buzy but they treated you like you were the only customer in the store

Pandora has different selections for every style for each different person...... The jewelry is a focus of how you feel.. the collection is in gàood prince range for everyone. I love Pandora....

The sales associate was so friendly and patient with us as we chose our rings. In fact, she was so helpful and reminded us if we spent "x", we would save "y". So we were very happy and purchased a lot of fun things!

Although there are several locations in my home state, most recently I have chosen to do the bulk of my shopping while on vacation in Williamsburg. With the last shopping experience (2 years prior) I was a bit annoyed by some of the staff in this particular store but the sales associate who assisted me, after the others overlooked me, was fabulous! This year the sales associate was absolutely wonderful as well and immediately greeted me and provided excellent service. I mentioned to both of the associates, who provided me with wonderful service, it was a pity they didn't receive commission for their sales. Both years I spent $600-$700 each time. The location was convenient to where I was vacationing and easily accessible. I look forward to shopping every other year when I vacation in Williamsburg.
