I was greeted & waited on immediately. I knew what I wanted to purchase, the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. My transaction was went quickly and smoothly.

The sale rep was nice and friendly. She was very patient as I worked through my thoughts about what I wanted to buy. She also fixed my bracelets up for me after I purchased my charms.
