I believe the associates were busier than they had prepared for; however, they had it all under control and made the customers feel that they did too. They were very attentive to each customer entering and acknowledging us. Then took the necessary time to allow us to make decisions even though other customers were waiting. This actually moved us along pretty quick.

The sales lady was nice and gave me all of her attention. She treated me with respect. She also made me feel special buy admiring my other charms.

I was very satisfied with my visit. I was visiting a store outside of the state I live in( hence why I will not return to this store within 90 days).

I was highly satisfied because I typically shop at Pandora when in Williamsburg. The first time I saw the car from the parking lot it was packed. I returned two days later and I was the only customer. It was excellent, total attention was given to me.
