Pandora Jewelry

My two sisters and I went into the store, was looking for something for ourselves; we were greeted when we came thru the door. We were asked to sign in, to be helped in the order we arrived. When it was our turn, the salesperson was very kind and patient with us, as it was 3 of us shopping. Danielle did an excellent job taking care of us!! My only complaint; was there was a charm I was wanting to get, that was retired, she was helping my sister and I together, she had gotten one of the retired ones, was one left- I told her I wanted to get one also- had to leave real quick to go to the restroom, and forgot to get the charm after I picked out the Disney charm I wanted - ugghhhh- I just hope one is still there when I go back!

I've been a consumer at this store since it opened. Moreover, some of the associates have a great memory and remember my likes/dislikes so it helps in my selection.

I was greeted when I walked in the store and sales assistant asked if they could help me find anything. I was in the market for a ring and asked her to find a specific one I had seen on line. She knew exactly from my brief description, the ring I was interested in. She found it quickly and had the size I needed. Although I did not purchase the ring, I did purchase two charms to add to a necklace.

Sales associate greeted me as soon as I came thru the door. She was very helpful with going thru charm ideas for me and my daughter and also providing charms I already had. She even offered to clean my bracelet for me.

I like the quality of pandora. The prices are fine The services are good
