Pandora Jewelry

It was an absolute delight to shop in the Pandora store in the Williamsburg Outlet. Montana was so helpful and friendly. She gave me tips on how to place my charms on my bracelet and how to clean it. She found some beautiful travel charms for a special bracelet I am creating. i was so impressed that on January 2nd, a friend and I will be going back to shop some more!!

Although it was very crowded in the store (this is expected during Christmas time), the associates were very polite and it didn't take long for our name to get called from the waiting list in order to receive help from a sales associate. The sales associate that helped us was very sweet and patient with us. She made our first visit to Pandora a success.

My sales associate went above and beyond to help me find a specific retired charm. In her research, she found that their "may" have been one in the store, so she then went through all displays it could be in and found it. My daughter is going to be sooo EXCITED!!! Thanks Shelby J!!!!

I like how easy it is to find things and how helpful the people are that work there. I find things that my daughter loves!!!!

I actually went back to purchase another charm that I didn't buy when I was at the store several weeks before. And I was pleased that it was still available. Alexis J. was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about Pandora products, was professional and personable. I LOVE everything I have that's Pandora and wear it all the time.
