The store was very busy when we arrived and we had to wait a little while to speak with someone. However, once we did, our sales associate was very helpful and when she didn't know an answer to a question, she quickly got the answer. She was very patient with me since this was my first Pandora bracelet and I had lots of questions. She even took the time to arrange my charms for me so that they would be perfect and displayed just the way that I wanted. I was surprised by the variety of charms available and a little overwhelmed by the number to choose from. I wish the display cases were arranged so that you could see more of them at a time versus requiring the sales associate to rotate the layers of charms. Overall, this was a very positive experience.
